I am a Senior Laboratory Technician with dual qualifications in Analysis and Quality Control, as well as in the Clinical and Biomedical fields. I have over 10 years of experience in research and development across sectors such as chemistry, physical chemistry, geology, and microbiology. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge in advanced analytical techniques, sample processing, and the use of specialized equipment, as well as in database management and the preparation of detailed technical reports.

Currently, I collaborate as a Senior Laboratory Technician at the Andalusian Earth Sciences Institute (IACT), where I support scientific research projects. My responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of samples using advanced techniques, along with the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment in controlled environments.

Previously, I also worked at the IACT as part of the RECUPERA 2020 project, which focused on improving the detection of heavy metals in agricultural products through advanced technologies such as triple quadrupole ICP-MS mass spectrometry. During this period, I was responsible for sample preparation and cataloging, acid distillation and purification, cleanroom management, and the creation of standards for analysis using laser ablation.

My experience also includes my role at the Universidad Jaume I, where I supported research on ceramic materials with electromagnetic insulation properties. At the CSIC-Institute of Chemical Research, I participated in the organic synthesis of compounds and their subsequent characterization using techniques such as infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and chromatography. Additionally, at OFITECO, I conducted physicochemical analyses of construction materials and prepared samples for soil testing.

Among my technical skills are mass spectrometry and ICP-MS, X-ray fluorescence, mineral separation using hydrodynamic methods and dense liquids, the preparation of consolidated samples and thin sections, as well as working in cleanroom environments. I also have experience in liquid and gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, among others.
